Raechel Gleeson, Founder
Raechel is an accomplished not-for-profit professional with over 15 years of experience spanning partnerships, fundraising, marketing, communications, and event management. With a strong foundation in CRM systems, stakeholder engagement, and organisational administration. Raechel is passionate about building meaningful relationships and empowering resilient, connected communities. She holds a Master of Social Investment and Philanthropy from Swinburne University and has a proven record of aligning operational initiatives with strategic impact.
Her leadership has been recognised nationally and internationally, with accolades including the Greg Vickery Scholarship from the Australian Red Cross, the International President’s Distinguished Leadership Award and a Melvin Jones Fellowship from Lions Clubs International.
Dedicated to community, Raechel also contributes her expertise through volunteer service in leadership roles within Lions Clubs International. She is a past Board Director of the Australian Lions Childhood Cancer Research Foundation and currently a committee member of the Geelong Eisteddfod.
